In addition to our training and education programs, the Alliance offers a variety of resources to help men and women who have served our country prepare for and transition to a successful career in the manufacturing field.

Tours & Networking

If you are a veteran or soon-to-be veteran, take advantage of the Transition Veteran Tours offered through Alliance and its partners. These tours offer a great introduction to the many manufacturing companies and career opportunities in Hillsborough County. You’ll meet fellow veterans in the manufacturing field and discuss how to transfer their military skills to a career in manufacturing.

Military Experience

As a veteran, your military experience could translate into highly valuable skills that already meet the demands of the manufacturing industry, getting you one step ahead of the game as you switch careers. The Alliance provides education and training programs for learners at every level. In certain cases, you may be able to apply relevant experience towards academic credit.
