Hillsborough County Students Learn Machining In Class

At Middleton High School in Hillsborough County, students are learning skills that put them on par with college students when competing for internships. In their on-campus machine shop, students practice various aspects of the CNC machining process, from mathematical programming to operating a lathe. The shop offers CAD and CAM programs, as well as various machines for student use.
